Free supercharging flow chart

Has anybody put together a flow chart that captures the various Free Supercharging offerings.

Ideally it should include the various twists in the history:
- S, X, 3 (and perhaps Roadster )
- unlimited vs. limited time or amount credits
- original owner vs. not
- dates of reserve/configure/complete-order/purchase/delivery (whatever is applicable)
- referral or not (and referrer limits)
- "removed" or not (via the $5,000 M3P+ return/rebate/whatever-they-called-it)
- today's S/X inventory news

Bonus points for providing the source text in GraphViz (Graphviz - Graph Visualization Software) format.

i wish they would get rid of it too so i wouldn't have to deal with full superchargers all over socal, but demand is in the shitter, so tesla has to keep throwing it out there with ever increasing discounts otherwise no one is buying.

Well I guess the assumption is that chargers are full due to people with free supercharging. I'm not so sure we know the percentage of people at the superchargers whom are getting it for free. Yea, So Cal seems terrible to charge at most locations when I go down there.
