Got a voicemail and an email from the Fremont Delivery Center yesterday afternoon that my delivery which was initially scheduled for Monday needed to be pushed back due to "Unscheduled Maintenence" to help them prepare for the high volume of deliveries that are going to be taking place. On one hand I understand, but on the other hand I'm annoyed because I now have to re-schedule my Amtrak reservation because I live 3.5 hours away. It also means I now have to wait until Wednesday, since I had scheduled a work meeting for Tuesday knowing that I would be gone on Monday! First world problems, I know. Luckily it looks like changing the Amtrak reservation won't be an issue since the fare prices are the same. Anyone familiar with the Fremont Delivery Center have any idea what changes they could be making?
