Were you on HW2.0 or HW2.5?

Yes, you need MCU2 to visually see stop lights.

When I got my upgrade from 2.5 to 3.0 on my Model 3, I was able to see cones right away. I was downgraded to an earlier version than I had before though. But as soon as a newer version past the one I had pre hardware upgrade was available, I was able to update to it.

...especially when I already prepaid $7,000 for FSD almost 3 years ago for a car that was already at a cost of $120k. and I missed the AP2.5 by 1 month
