Front and Rear Tie Downs

A couple of times a year, I put a dinghy on top of my car. I usually tie this to an eye bolt in the front of my SUV and to my tow hitch in the back. Are there any anchor points to tie in front or in the back to prevent forward and/or rear movement?

Newer Models S have a tow hook that can be threaded into a hole behind the nosecone. For the back, there's nothing built into the car, though there is an aftermarket tow hitch available:
