Front Bumper Paint Issues on 9/Day Old TM3—Stealth(Sleeper)

I'm looking into doing an XPEL Stealth PPF and want to know will/should I get this handled by Tesla Body Shops before I do. I noticed this today while walking around my Tesla in the SUN.

Issues are circled in "red"
1. A weird dull spot in the paint
2. Paint bubbling/pealing by light and a weird dull spot in the paint

Definitely let Tesla know ASAP and see how they handle it. I would PPF on that front end STAT!

Thanks for the advice, I literally just came from SC in Torrence yesterday for the Top Glass being misaligned and now I see this. UGH.

Flat spot can probably be polished out. The cracking along the edge by headlight, not so much... They will probably replace the bumper with a pre-painted replacement as they usually don't respray them anymore.
