Front drivetrain noise, normal?

2019, 13k miles, dual motor.

I've been noticing that when I go over speed bumps or other bumps very slow, I hear some knocking noise coming from the front. Don't really know if it has been there all along as I have more recently been needing to go through a parking lot with speed bumps. I initially thought it may be related to suspension so I raised the car to poke around. Messing with the wheel I think I replicated the noise. I think.

UPDATE

I should have put in original post that of course it wasn't the lug nuts.

But I did some more poking around. This time rocking the car back and forth to see if I could hear the noise. No noise while rocking, but after the car stopped oscillating, I could hear the knocking. Interesting. Must be fluid related. Popped the hood, did it again. Located the noise to the wiper fluid intake. Filled the wiper fluid and no more noise! The float was knocking the walls of the container!.
