Front end clunking noise.

I have a ‘22 MYLR with close to 110k miles that I have been desperately trying to hunt down a knocking noise in the front end. It was initially just at lower speeds <40mph but has since started to now make them at higher speeds. I have changed out the struts with Unpluuged Perfomance Luxury suspension and the end links with Redwood Motorsports I replaced the following with factory parts for the upper control arm, sway bar with bushings, lower lateral link and the compliance link. There is no play in the tie rods. The noise seemed to go away for a few days after each replacement only for it to come back with a vengeance. Today while removing the front tires to go back thru to verify torque on everything, AGAIN, I notice that there was a noise in the gear box when rotating the wheels. Is this normal? Please reference the vid. I don’t think it is but who knows.
