2018 model X 100D. Had a small squeaking noise and thought I would have it checked out. $2,000 later I have an estimate. Is this right? Required? Car has 96k miles. Can’t believe this bill. Besides not getting any communication from service. They keep updating my estimates but never replying to messeges and won’t answer the phone.

I had pretty loud squeaking when turning the steering and going over bumps. The SC replaced the both upper control arms and both fore links. Looks like you have both of those in the estimate (plus the aft links). The SC didn’t change my aft links.

I still have a minor suspension squeak that I hear once in awhile, so I’ll just drive it and see if it gets worse. Mine was covered as “goodwill” under the 4 year/50k miles warranty.
