Front Fog Light clouded with condensation

Just returned from a 2K road trip where we drove through torrential rain and my left front fog light lens is completely covered in heavy condensation. It doesn't appear to be clearing up on its own.

Is there an easy DIY fix or do I need to take it in for service? Any suggestions/advice is appreciated.

My fog light kept getting heavy, condensation off and on but by now it’s had condensation for months and we’re well into the dry summertime, with no car washes having happened. When I was in Tesla Service for something else I mentioned it and they said all they could do is replace it (no warranty) with the same type of unit which often leaks that way.
What to do? Thinking of drilling a couple of tiny holes in the back if I can get to it.
