Front heat and AC not blowing air

I just upgraded to MCU2 in my model X. The backseat air conditioning and heat work perfectly, but the front doesn’t blow at all. Sometimes 30 minutes into a drive it’ll kick on for a moment, but then goes off. I tried all the resets and power downs. Sometimes the screen says “limited by settings” but even when it says manual it isn’t blowing air.
