front hood hinge replacement

I'm looking for a replacement part.
I broke the bracket that holds the front bonnet cover. (One of the two brackets that holds the bonnet when it's in the up position.)
See attached picture for the part number.
What are my options to replace?

I sent Carl M an email.
I called and left a message with the local service center.

I have Carl’s hood hinges installed as well, and the quality is incredible. When swapping them in, I realized how flawed the old OEM supports were. Plus, his price is half that of the OEM parts quote from the local SC.
