Front Seat Backrest Angle

Hi...

Has anyone noticed that the adjustment angle of the front seats don't come up very much? By that I mean the backrest angle is quite reclined at its most forward setting and I can't get it to come up more vertically.

I like to adjust my seat with the backrest supports my shoulders and I feel like my seat stops just short of where I would like it. I'm not sure if its my car or all X's are like this.
