Front seat rail bolt removal - is it safe?

we have rear facing child car seats that tether to the seat in front.

The tight fit of the rails and the electric seat moving makes it difficult to fix.

I’ve seen this product:

My question is - I’ve Read that these are one time use fixings in a Tesla. Is it safe to remove the Bolt and put straight back in?
How easy is it remove the volt? I’m reading on another thread it needs a lot of force and heat - where is the heat applied please?

Millions of other cars without it have no issue. I am sure that your car seat was tested and certified without this extra gadget, which doesn't really offer extra safety.

after two kids, yes I know a lot. and you don't need those extra tether points for the rear facing seats.

The seatbelt holds at one end. This holds the other side.

This is how to install an ERF car seat.

I’m interested in this question of installing not whether it’s correct. It’s definitely correct.

This is definitely a regional thing.
In Ontario, Canada, you legally can’t have a kid in the front seat if there’s an airbag that can’t be turned off.
