Two months ago, I had the upper control arms replaced for the second time in the vehicle’s history. In both cases, the front end was very noisy, and the new control arms apparently fixed the problems.

Two weeks ago, the front suspension began squeaking and creaking like hell again. It was especially loud outside the vehicle crossing parking lot speed bumps.

I made a service center appointment then, took it in today, and they could find nothing wrong - the noises have disappeared.

I’m baffled as to how the problem just went away. Has anyone else experienced this?

10k miles on 22 MSP. Had what sounds like typical front control arm creak. Lasted for 2 days then just went away. Was fine for another month then started again. This time it’s consistent. Hopefully will still be there when I take car into SC in 2 weeks.
