    All,

Ecstatic new M3D owner! Unfortunately, within 24 hours of delivery, my front USB ports no longer work. The rears still work. Thru these forums I have discovered 2 methods that might fix it, unfortunately, neither worked.

Method 1: Screen reset by holding down the scroll-wheels on the steering wheel.
Method 2: Car shutdown and wait a minute thru the on screen car menu.

Please let me know if you have any other ideas before I make a trip to the service center.

    Blue skies,
    Tom

it happened to me. Call service centre and they came to fix it. Apparently it's common that they have soldering issues/loose connection to the front USB port. They fixed mine and all is good

Screen reboot or full reboot? Screen is just the steering wheel buttons, for full you also step on the brake pedal.

I got it fixed at the service center. If no power is coming through, it is a hardware issue, not software.

How do you confirm it actually did a screen reboot vs full reboot and it’s not always just doing a screen reboot?
