Front USBs - Switched?

My front USB ports seem to stay on all the time, no matter what the car is doing (charging, parked, etc).

Is there a way to get them to switch off when leaving the car?

Is your new or did you buy it used? From factory, the USB are switched. Normally, they might stay on until the car goes to sleep.
If you bought it used, someone may have rigged it to do that. And we can't offer advice on how it was done. Sorry.

I believe that this was changed a few updates ago. Things now stay on

That's very interesting if its accurate. I had not read that anywhere else. And a bit unusual for something like that to not have been brought up before now or elsewhere. Maybe you are right.

not sure where you guys are getting your info from, if this is an S or X, they stay on, its always been like this.

Doesnt it need to stay on if you engage Sentry mode?
