Frunk issue

Didn't see any posts regarding frunk issue.
App will open the frunk, but the latch would be still closed.

What Model? If you open the frunk but do not lift the lid, after a few minutes the latch will close for safety reasons.

If it pops up about an inch that means the actuator for the secondary latch has failed, mine did this about 2 weeks after i got the car. There is post about this in the model 3 forum. If you have something in there that you need to get out there are ways of opening it, but if you can go to a service center or get a ranger to come out they can replace the part in under half an hour.

Frunk Issue Not sure if its software related..

Second latch actuator went out for me as well, going to the service center to get it replaced tomorrow. TM3, May 2018 build.
