I've now seen your other thread, where you show the size of the frunk by putting your microwave bag in it. I know this sounds crazy, and it obviously shouldn't have, but do you think closing the frunk with the microwave bag in there could have somehow caused the problem you're now having?
I guess what I mean is we know how easily the frunk has creased in the past. Is it possible that the very slight pressure that may have been put on the latch area when you closed the hood (assuming you did) with the microwave bag in there could have somehow ever so slightly have bent something that is now preventing the frunk latch from releasing?
Realize I am in no way blaming you, Andrew. This would be an indication of a very temperamental and sensitive design. I'm just suggesting this as a possibility, as opposed to a completely random failure.
