Frunk stuck while installing power frunk

I was installing the SATONIC power frunk from Aliexpress, and I forgot to install the emergency release. The actuator malfunctioned and frunk now wouldn't open. Do I need to get the front bumper off or open up one of the front wheel wells to manually release the latch? Is there any other way? Thanks!
