Frunk will not open

Has anyone had a problem with the frunk not opening, I used the key fob and here a sound at the latch but will not open. Also tried from the screen and although the dash shows frunk up it will not open, anyway to override and open the frunk.

You can open it with a screwdriver it seems...

You can open the frunk on a Tesla Model X with just a screwdriver

The service center had to replace the latch actuator and everything is back to normal.

I had the same problem and SC replaced the latch. Must be a faulty latch. Hope, all other parts are durable. Still have 31/2 years worth of warranty, so not worried. But wanted to see the parts durability is proportionate to car's price.!!
