You gotta let people know the 100/90/80% SOC so people can determine if the battery degradation will suite their needs. But great price so far.

I knew I'd forget something. Thanks.

The last time I checked I was at 207 miles for 90% SOC. This used to be 228 or so but dropped with the SW updates mid last year. I've always charged to only 80% when not travelling (which I did little). Battery gate as some call it. Like many here, I was bothered by it, I researched, got frustrated then finally decided to just let it go. If it turns out to give the battery higher reliability/wear life I decided to be OK with it. I actually only commuted 26 miles round trip each day so it was more than enough capacity.

Just to be clear, by battery gate I mean that Tesla deliberately limited the usable capacity of the battery, not that I believe I have a degrading battery. Still under warranty however so if there were issues it could be taken care of.

Nice ride for $26K by anyone's standards. I drove a P85 very recently and it felt amazingly similar to my 2019 MS 100D. Also told the owner about the yellow screen fix and the Austin Service center fixed it out of warranty for free while providing a 2019 MS loaner! She might have told them she was looking to upgrade...
