This car doesn't appear to have next gen seats. End of March, before price change, someone on the forum mentioned that he got a 51k trade-in offer from Tesla for a 2015 70d that was then bumped to 52.5k if he traded in before end of March. That was then and it's a month and half later and price of 75 has been reduced by effectively 7.5k.

I personally think it's reasonable to ask 3-5k above trade-in offers. Your asking is at least 10k above trade-in today... Why don't you take it to a couple dealerships and also get an appraisal from Vroom and see what's the actual value of the car and then re-price accordingly?

It's his car he can ask whatever he wants for it. Why is this a concern to you?, if you don't like the price then move on.
