Some new car warranty should still be left for a few more weeks (the car was manufactured in Sept 2016 and titled in October, so it's not hit the 4 year mark just yet and is under the 50k mile limit). You could call Tesla to validate if interested.
Overall it's a really great car!
The only issue I am aware of is very minor - the front windows sometimes make a squeaking sound when going up/down. It's a common issue with X (google it) - the service center has put some lube on there before and fixed it for free (squeaking just came back recently), or you can buy some lube for $10 and DIY.
