My question is not related to buying the car, but rather the 1Up rack if you are selling it.

If it is for sale, please let me know.

Else, GLWS!
I have a 1Up rack mounted on the back of my 2016 Winnebago Minnie Winnie RV. It works great for my Ebike. If you are doing the same check the width of your tires, Standard 1Up max tire width is 3". If your tires are wider 1Up has an "extender".

I'm keeping the 1Up. Great rack, just know two things about it: 1) It extends far from the car (Model 3), so it makes it easy to hit the bottom of it and scrape when dealing with rapid inclines. 2) With two bikes in the back, I lost 30-40% range at highway speeds due to aerodynamics. 350-400 watts per mile at 70 mph

Yes, it is of substantial construction. 2 bikes will also add to the drag on aerodynamics for sure!
