Potentially thinking of selling my Model S for a plaid.

2021 Model S Long Range
21” Wheels
Black interior
White exterior

Has a satin gray wrap on it.
Ceramic window tint

13xxx miles on it.

Price: $105,000
Location: Dallas, TX

Just basing it on what dealers are selling them for. I have an online buyer at 100 on it plus tax savings puts it at 107 almost, trying to let someone else enjoy it as much as I have along with this amazing wrap.

eh no serious offers. Tough crowd, feels like overrun with car dealers lol
I’m not a dealer and made a serious offer. You’ve got a years worth of mileage on it. I offered you a ~10% reduction off of MSRP. Nobody is going to pay your sales tax and registration fees. I’m a serious buyer if you’re a serious seller.

This has the old headlights and horn. I think my offer is more than fair.

If you're selling a Tesla and it hasn't sold in a couple of days, your asking price is too high. These things are selling like hot cakes over asking, so if you can't sell it, take the hint. A few months ago there were refreshed Model S' listed here in the mid and upper $90K range that weren't selling.

$95K right here:

In his defense, that’s a pre-refresh model.

My justification would be; the market dictates the selling price. If I saw an in-demand car sitting in a sellers market of course I would negotiate lower. There’s a reason the car is sitting longer than it should be in a hot market. Just like houses, the longer a car sits unsold, the more negotiating power a buyer has.
