I placed a Model Y order yesterday and have no VIN yet, but it’ll be coming sooner than later, I’m sure. Needed more room so selling my Model 3 for a Model Y. I sold my last Model 3 on this very forum in April and it was a fabulous experience.

Michelin X-Ice winter tires. (summer tires were disposed of when I got these X-Ice tires in November).

This car has the Matrix headlights and the AMD Ryzen chip and Double-glazed front windows.

Driver’s seat replaced Jan 17th due to broken weight sensor. You get a brand-new throne!!

Passenger side tail light was replaced in August due to condensation building up in lens housing.

No other problems and the car looks new inside and I have circled in red the pain chips on front bumper as full disclosure. They aren’t too bad and I tried to use the paint repair kit Tesla sells but the white is not a great match if you ask me. I cannot recall the tint % on the windshield, rear window or the 4 side windows. I will find out soon

Saw your old post for your ‘18 M3. Wild that you’ll probably end up getting more for that four year old car than this basically brand new one.

I wouldn’t be able to come in any higher than the 39k previously offered but will keep an eye on this thread just in case you change your mind as the config is similar to what I am looking for. Is Carmax/givemethevin/driveway coming any where near 45k?

A 2022 LRM3 with just 12,000 miles is only worth about $25k.

I feel for Tesla owners trying to get $35k for a recent std range plus, all the way to $50k for a recent long range.

Yes my friend that was at the service center told him don't trade in here and then got that estimate for 24k from CarMax

Here in So. Ca. Carmax has caught on to the drop. Friend took his 2021 M3LR red with 43k miles no accident perfect condition offered $24,421.

Insane but I assume carmax got burned on some inventory more than others and might be playing it safe for a while.

I know they have their own wholesale market so maybe there is more to it than just playing it safe.

Just ignore this one. Bought a Model Y on craigslist from local private seller after posting this.
