Thanks. I need to contact LADWP about their rebate program. Need to see if I’ll still qualify if I buy charger from private party. They might want to see a retail invoice. Will know tomorrow.

Ok, I'm not sure how that works either. They reimburse you up to the cost of the charger so I would imagine that they would want to see a receipt to determine the exact cost. Let me know.
