FS: Carbon Fiber Front Lip/Splitter for Model 3 (LA/OC)

I have FS a new in box carbon fiber front lip for the model 3.
These are the real woven carbon fiber ones from JCSportline as pictured. (last picture taken from other ebay listings)

I opted to use the UP urethane one so now I have this one just lying around.

Local pick-up or meet-up in South Bay/Los Angeles area/OC area.

Does the lip attach using existing screws on bottom of the bumper or does it mount using 3M tape?

the lip came with a roll of red tape and a bag of screws if you choose to go that route.
I believe you have both options but there are no existing holes in the lip out of the box

I am willing to ship at buyer's expense. I can try to see what the rate would be with either USPS or UPS ground.

The item itself is fairly light, probably less than 2-3 lbs. I'll try to see if I could weight it somehow.
