Selling a never installed hitch for any Model X. This is a complete package with tow bar, wiring harness, and receiver adapter.
This is what I’m selling:
Model X Tow Package
Retails for $1,250+ tax from Tesla. Many have had luck with having Tesla install the software for free.

Kind of an old thread, but anyone having any issues getting the software update pushed? I recently installed a hitch and put in a tesla service request for the software and Tesla is asking for purchase confirmation of the hitch etc (I purchased from an individual and installed myself). Not really planning to tow much, just bike racks and such, but it sounds like the hitch software is still useful to change things related to the parking sensors, etc.
