patience young grasshopper. It's only been 48 hours. You might not get it for a couple of days or more.
There are thousands of cars without the update yet.
Check your WiFi connection as well.

I am also in the San Diego area, and got mine last night. I think the download was waiting for a while. I had to move my car clsoer to the house to have a strong enough wifi signal. It was a looong download, too!

I’ve done the soft reboot holding both buttons but that is it

I also have FSD and haven’t gotten the update.
But I also noticed on my Tesla.com account under my vehicle it doesn’t show FSD as one of my configured options anymore. Thinking it’s a glitch but gonna reach out on Monday to see if they think I don’t have FSD for some reason.

Normal. I have FSD and haven't received the update. Sample rate shows 70% do not have the v10 update
