FSD beta coming to 98?

TeslaFi shows that 10% of the 10.4 installs are coming from outside 10.3.1. I think that means some 98's were coming through yesterday.

Or New 99's and 100's. My wife's car went from 97 to 99 last Sunday and got FSD Beta on Wednesday (the day they started to roll on to new cars).

For what it's worth, I had 97 initially. Then dropped to 96 after a 1500 mile trip from Atlanta to Maryland and back. Worked it back to 98 for several weeks. Was hoping to get put in this week. Then I read about Elon saying 98's hopefully in 10 days or so...Boo! Then today, I went up to a 99...YAY! Now I wonder if I will get Beta before the 10 days or so. I guess it is just wait and see.

So does a 500 mile day with a 97 score have 10 times the weight of a 50 mile day at 100?

Last 13 days for me below with miles per day multiplied by the score.
Totaling to

98.21609403254973
using just the average score based on mileage I would need to drive another
900 [email protected] to get to 99
If they’re just averaging the days then it would be a lot easier. Using just a daily calculation comes out to 98 as well.

hate to say it, but now someone has had an accident while using FSD beta and has blamed FSD in a complaint to NHTSA, the possibility of the beta expanding may be getting less.
I really hope that isn't the case though.

I believe the current 10.4 installs are coming solely from existing 10.3 installs and recently achieved Safety Scores of 99's and 100's. I was at 98 last weekend anticipating getting in the beta. I would be disappointed by Elon's 10-day delay to 10.5 for 98's if not for early (pre-Android app) bad days dropping off my SS which is now a 30-day 99. I'm eagerly awaiting the beta based on my supposition being true.

yes. As in your example, you sum the last 30 days of miles_each_day*score_each_day, then divide by total miles driven last 30 days.

My supposition was correct, downloading 10.4 now after just reaching 99 on 11/10.

Exactly my experience. Downloaded Beta last night after reaching a 99 score yesterday morning.
