FSD for EAP owners, reduced to 3k until 8/16

Thanks. This again looks so bad on their part. They gave a 2 weeks window to buy it when they sent the email. Adding 4 to 8 weeks to that is so unprofessional.

4-8 weeks in Elon's vernacular means "some time in the next year or two, or never". At some point people just forget and move on.

Now that FSD has gone up $1,000 in the configurator (since Nov 1), what are people seeing in their Tesla accounts for the FSD upgrade? Is it now $4K for EAP owners and $9K for AP owners? I'm assuming $4K due to the $3K tweet from Elon on Jul 26, 2019 at 5:50 PM: (Agreed, should be $3k less to get to FSD from EAP)

Interestingly, my HW2.5 Model 3 is still showing $4k.

Mystery continues. A few more commenters in that Reddit thread I linked above. Only Model X is showing $6k FSD, otherwise there's no common thread. AP-FSD and HW2.0-HW3.

Have pricing glitches occurred for FSD before? Because that's my best guess at the moment. Four Model X owners have reported FSD for $1,000 less than current prices (e.g. $3k for EAP owners, $6k for AP owners).

One: FSD back to $6K : teslamotors

Two: FSD back to $6K : teslamotors

Three: FSD back to $6K : teslamotors

And four being @jgrgnt above. No common thread other than Model X only.
