FSD or not (that is the question, does it have it or not)

Talking to someone about buying their Model S (2022), but they don't have a picture of the FSD option page from the car, and are not near it right now and sent me a screenshot from the app. In there it shows the car options as
Full Self-Driving Capability
Autopilot
Yoke
etc.

On the software screen I would expect to see Full Self Driving Computer then the next line show the level of service which would be Full Self Driving Capability. Since this says FSD Capability, I am assuming it means the vehicle does have FSD, but then the next line is autopilot which would mean no FSD in the software screen... obviously this is an expensive thing to get wrong. Can someone clarify for me what their iPhone app shows with FSD vs Without?

My “FSD-capable” car that does NOT have the FSD software package does NOT list full self driving capability in the iPhone specs.

Under specs in App on iPhone it says FSD Capability. Then check under upgrades and select manage it should say it is active there and it should not be listed as an upgrade.
