Ft Myers Tesla rental

My family will be visiting Florida in March and ideally I'd like to rent a Tesla for the trip. I've looked on Turo and the Ft Myers/Naples selection of Teslas is pretty light as well as expensive vs what I have seen elsewhere. I'm curious whether anyone else has had success renting while visiting the area, and if so, whether it was from Turo or elsewhere (maybe it's simply the fact that we're coming over the spring break time frame that has the pricing and availability colored for me).

Turo is the best bet but I guess all the Tesla owners down here don't want to rent their cars. I'm not aware of any other Tesla rentals in Lee or Collier counties but you could get a Tesla taxi pickup from RSW airport.
