Fuse box location

So I was installing a LED strip in the frunk and splicing it into the frunk opener button. I accidently touched the power and neg wire together for the button and the light went out. Thinking a blew a fuse but I can't seem to find the box. Anyone help would be great. 2021 SR+

There are no standard fuses that a user can access. There are self resetting "poly" fuses and large "permanent" ones that require factory service to replace.

The only ones that require factory replacement are the large pyro fuses on the high voltage side.

All of the 12V fuses are "e-fuses" and will reset themselves after some time. Really cool stuff - one of the major innovations in the Model 3.
