My app is telling me 4/7 chargers. Did one go offline?

Hi Joe,
This new Supercharger Station has not yet been fully operational.
Last night at about midnight I checked my navigation system and it displayed 5 out of 7 chargers operational and 3 down. Well, the math didn't work so I didn't know how to interpret it other than it was partially operational. I know that Tesla is aware of the situation.
