Fuzzy IC screen on new MCU

Got this fuzzy IC screen today. I thought my eyes were blurry but it was the screen. Anyone seen this on the new MCU yet?

Hi Outie,

I saw it today on my X and I have seen it before.
I thought my eyes were going buggy but my wife saw it too.
To me it is more like "Double vision" where two sets of the same characters overlap.
It disappeared before I could take a picture of it...

I got it before and it went away after I reset it.
