FWDs leaking when closed

Of course the exterior seals are shot on our MX but the interior seals look fine.

However the rain is coming thru and we haven't used the FWDs today. Pretty heavy rain but the alcantara, if that's what it is, are water stained. I've noticed dried stains before in the car but looks like I need to do something as the alcantara is soaking wet now.

Any suggestions are welcome. Let me take some pics of where the stains are.

Thanks,

Here are pictures of the water (rain) stains.

Here are pictures of what I found is likely causing the 2nd stain (on the roof section). I've tried repairing it with "Shoe Goo," but it didn't seem to stick that well, so I will be looking for better solutions. Also, I couldn't get the weather-stripping back under the plastic which may be the cause of the problem.

Tesla fixed the left FWD for $600+, but now the right FWD is leaking along with the rear hatch. The rain has been heavy here in SoCal, but this is getting out of hand. I need more suggestions. Thanks!

Right now, I'm considering weather stripping or permanently sealing the FWDs and preventing them from opening. Is that even possible?

You might try replacing the seals yourself. Check the work documentation on the left door and see what they did. You can get a subscription to the service manuals and parts catalog at "Tesla Service". The subscription is free and you can get parts by going to service location and asking for the "parts manager". At the Tesla Service Center here in Denver (Littleton), I've had no problem ordering parts.
