FYI, this may be common sense to not do this, but I subscribed to FSD while driving a Plaid (on Autopilot at the time).
Car kept going but both screens reset. Driver screen first, then main screen. Only a few secs each, which was good/surprising as I was already planning my exit/coast down to the shoulder.
When they came back no burps other than that it was in a strange indeterminate mode where it was holding speed like being in cruise but not auto-steering. The screen didn't show it was in cruise. Hit the break and it exited and everything was normal.
So no real drama and not upset - next time if there's an option to change/upgrade car params on an app, I'll probably pull over. Then again I was the guy hitting resume on cruise in neutral (w/ stick) just to see what would happen (many would just rev to rev limiter), but that was before going through central computer networks to make the car go...
