Gamepad games not showing up

I bought a Jowua game pad to use in my MYP. I have connected it via the wireless dongle(via both the center console usb-c ports, usb-b in glove box)and it successfully connected. I have also attached via wired connection to both the ports as listed above. But I am missing games, mainly Sonic and Cuphead.

What is the deal?

A new update, 2022.28.1, will install the games that require a controller, Sonic/Cuphead/Cat Quest, with a note saying that you have to plug a game controller in to the glovebox USB port:

I’m having trouble using jowua controller to play any game, anyone know how to fix? I even reset connecting but no luck

try the usb-a port in the glovebox. Model 3 & y built after 11/2021 lack data ability in usb-c ports.

Did try that, my USB is always connected with the port in glovebox , only would work on beach buggy game but rest games are not working at all
