Gap in Rubber Seal Between Glass

Took delivery of my P3D+ earlier today!

Car had some minor cosmetic issues, which I won't make a big fuss about.

The main issue I found, is the rubber seal between the rear passenger door window and small window, there is a gap between the seal and the frame of the car. Same thing between the 2 panes of glass on the roof, on the driver's side. Probably a 1mm gap? See pics, circled the area in red. Should I be concerned about these? What if there's water ingress at these points? Is there a channel behind the rubber that routes the water out? Wondering if I should due bill these?

Other than this, car is great!
