Gap model 3 2021

I have weird gap between my glass and trunk, Tesla model 3 2021.

My service in Norway are telling me that is normal thing, even tho i saw other cars that didn’t have the same problem and some car have it, but it just don’t make sense, Is this normal?

Is the gap on the other sides different?

I have attached a picture of the same area on my car (2018 build date). The gap is the same on all sides.

Do you have a power liftgate? I believe this was the explanation for the model Y, the left side had some room for the bigger lift arm...

You should try a search, because I vaguely recall seeing a thread before where the exact same issue came up. Might also have been a european 3.

This. The gap in the weatherstripping is there for the lift arm/spring that you can see if you look from the right angle.
