Garage Door Opener

Apologize if this has been address somewhere that I can't find. Programmed 2 of my opener with Homelink very easily. But I can't get the 3rd completed. Its a Chamberlin HD900D, with a circuit board that was replace in 2012. It works with Homelink on my other cars. With the MS I get the lights to flash indicating the remote is detected. The opener flashes to indicate that the rolling code is learned. However the opener doesn't respond to the signal from MS. Any ideas?

Yes - pushed it. Got feed back from motor that learned was complete. Also got same confirmation on MS. But the door isn't responding.
