So I’m basically in the market to replace my 2 car garage door. I’ve been looking into getting a glass panel garage door. With so many options, I was hoping to get my fellow Tesla owners opinions on what to get/what not to get.
My garage door faces west, so it sees plenty of Southern California sunshine. My garage already gets hot inside so I’m worried that the glass garage door will get even hotter. I do not have any access doors in my garage other than into my house. There are also no windows inside of the garage. I’m also worried about any finishing issues I may have down the road since it will get hours on end of sunshine.
If you have any suggestions on what material I should be using or even have a company suggestion, please let me know. I’m located in the San Gabriel valley area. Perhaps you can give me some prices you may have paid? Thanks in advance!
