Gauge cluster not working

Interested in purchasing a model S. Only major issue with vehicle I am looking at is that the instrument cluster does not appear to be working (black). I searched the forum and found others mentioning this issue and potential firmware update fixes but would like some clarification.

I have attached a link to a video link, see below, which illustrated the lack of instrument cluster display (see 1:35 mark in video).

IMO .. no one can make that kind of assessment from a video.

It would have to be looked at by Tesla service .....

Vehicle has been taken to the dealer for repair. Thanks for the reply.

If anyone else experiences this issue the following DIY may remedy the issue.
"Press and hold top 2 buttons on steering wheel for 10 sec". This action should reset the IC and provide a gauge cluster again.
