For us Europeans: 1 Liter of gasoline has about 10kWh of energy, where the Roadster has a battery-pack of 53kWh.

Funny fact, I have an electric scooter with a 1.8kWh battery-pack, but I can drive about 70km before it is empty. That is efficient transportation!

That's pretty amazing. My G55 holds 21 gallons, about 80 liters, or 800kWh! It's range is almost identical to the Tesla Roadster... But the Roadster holds only 53kWh. One fifteenth the energy for the same range?!? Not only does it have zero carbon footprint, it's fifteen times more efficient!
