Gel leaking from touchscreen

any local experience with this issue? i saw many overseas discussion on the web, unfortunately it happened to me months ago, and now i also got bubbles on both screens. i have bought the extended warranty but was thinking not to go back currently during the pandemic and thus need to drive by myself

anyone got the screens replaced by tesla hk so far?

Common problem. Seems heat related, so the hong kong climate is not helping (particularly for those who park their car outside in the summer).

I had mine replaced under extended warranty. Takes a day, and the process is smooth.

forgot to come back to update my case

i think they restructured the workflow in service centre, it was real quick, one day and got the car back. they changed the display only, with better resolution than the old one
