i have a Model S with a gen 1 charger and have never had ground faults. I am getting ground fault errors, 1 flashing red blink, maybe 50% of the time after connecting to charge. I plugged the charger into the same outlet as my S and it still happens.

Anyone had a problem like this and found that it was the adapter and not their home wiring?
