I had the Gen 3 wall connector installed last week but I soon found that a longer than 18’ cable may be better. This week the Gen 2 wall connector is available and the 24’ cable is tempting. I’m not going to be able to use the 80a option on the Gen2 bec of my home capacity. I will primarily just buy this for the longer cable.
Is there any reason I should stay with my Gen3 apart from the added expense of buying another one?
