hey so what about the gen 3 cable. it is compatible to the nemo 14-50 outlet i have. also dont i have to make some breaker changes upgrading cables thanks

It is compatible, but you need to purchase what is called a "14-50 pigtail" and then follow instructions in manual for installation. You'll want to cut off the fancy terminals and strip it as a regular wire.
